Edward M. Chervin, National Institutional Director, The Consulting Group, Salomon Smith Barney Edward M. Chervin is Consulting Group director of Institutional Services. His primary responsibilities include the delivery of full service institutional consulting services to institutional clients in the areas of asset/liability analysis, asset allocation strategy, investment policy development, manager research and performance evaluation and measurement. He has significant experience working with retirement plans, family offices, endowments, foundations, hospitals, and associations. Mr. Chervin began his investment career in the 1970's and has worked as a financial consultant, sales manager, branch manager and regional director.
