From a database of Jewish conscripts from the Vilna gubernia (JewishGen). The database contains the following information (in Cyrillic, mainly) systematically transcribed using a professional transliteration scheme. We modify this to a more intuitive but less precise scheme. The photographer's name in our case was actually written in the Latin alphabet, and in French (which seems to be fairly common among professional photographers of that time and place, perhaps because photography was relatively new and was initiated in France).
