Mr. and Mrs. A. Chervin. 5336 Esplanade Avenue, announce the engagement of their daughter, Betty, to Jack, son of Mrs K Berman of Colchester, Conn., and the late K. Berman. The marriage to take place in the spring.

Betty Berman, 93, wife of the late Jack Berman, formerly of Colchester, passed away on May 11, 2010 in Evanston, IL.
She was born November 21, 1916 in Montreal, Canada, daughter of Abraham and Rose Kladovsky Chervin.
Surviving are her son, Carl Berman; two daughters, Laurie Lonicki and Audrey Johnson; a brother, Alex Chervin; two twin grandchildren, Samuel and Dorothy Berman.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 17, 2010 at the Ahavath Achim Synagogue, Lebanon Avenue, Colchester.
Burial will follow in the Ahavath Achim Cemetery.
