Born ca. 1889 in Nowogordsewerk (Novgorod-Seversk) in what is today the northern Ukraine. His wife was born in Prazany (Pruzany?) and his child in Berlin. They immigrated July 3, 1923 and went to his sister-in-law, married name Polakow, at 1218 Jefferson St., Chicago, Ill. Abraham was an engineer. Leiba's name is given as Reiba in the transcript. The original is type-written but the first letter is partly covered by a mark.
