Born October 21, 1927, in Chicago IL, graduated from Marshall High School. The family moved to Los Angeles in the 1940s.Executive secretary, Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel, later worked for the Arthritis Foundation.
Moved to McKinleyville in 1988. Wrote for the Arcata Union and the McKinleyville Press.
Twice married, died March 19, 2005.
