Born in Basavilbaso, Entre Rios. School: Colegio Nacional de Concepción. Lawyer, Buenos Aires. Defended political press. Disappeared November 8, 1976 in Talcahuano. Was seen in the Clandestine Torture and Extermination Center of the Armed Forces School of Mechanics, aged 37. Complaint filed 1984.
