The name was transcribed Honon; a more usual transcription would be Khonon. This corresponds to Hebrew Chanan and is probably the same as Chone which we have in Ellis Island records. A rare name in our records.
Hatskel would also be transcribed Khatskel.
Simsha was listed in the household of Honon, so it seems they were cousins.
