2005: Attending Hunter College, aiming for admission to medical school.
Grandfather Tanhum (Natan) came originally from Klintsi (Klintzi, Klynci, etc.) which we think may be the small town in the Ukraine by that name, though there are other possibilities.
(2002):
"My grandfather Tanhum Berkovich (Natan Borosovich) was born in Klintzi and had two brothers, Abram and Haim (Yefim). All three travelled to St. Petersburg shortly before the revolution looking for jobs and education."
